Terms
Our minimum stay at The Georgian Townhouse, No 70 Walmgate is usually 2 nights but please do ask about one night stays
Single night stays by arrangement with a £200 surcharge
No Pets
No Smoking in The Georgian Townhouse but an ashtray is provided in the utility room for use in the rear courtyard
Check in from 4.00pm day of arrival. Check out by 10.00am
Deposit: A 25% deposit is taken at the time of booking
Payment: Bacs Transfer or by cheque
Cancellation: Should you need to cancel any deposit paid is non-refundable. All cancellations are subject to a £50 cancellation fee.
A 21 day cancellation policy applies. (in the event of cancellation within that time or in the event of a non-arrival guests will be charged for the full cost of their stay)
Insurance: We advise that you take out holiday insurance
Damages: Whilst the cost of the occasional minor breakage is included in our prices, more extensive damage to hard or soft furnishings, fixtures, fittings and decorations will be charged for. The accommodation will be inspected immediately following the booking and any damage found will be photographed and emailed to the guest prior to the following guests’ arrival. Please notify us of any damage caused prior to your departure so that we can agree a resolution
